How late or how early can we have access to the building?

Access to the building for day time events is generally Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm.  Access for night/weekend events is generally 5 pm - 11 pm.  Arrangements must be made with the House Director for access outside of the listed times.  An early access fee of $250/hr will be charged for building access prior to 7 am and a late access fee of $650 will be charged for access until midnight. Events extending beyond midnight are not permitted.  Please include all set up and clean up time as well as the event time in your building access needs.  Your contract will reflect the time you have access to the space, and when the space needs to be vacated (all guests, catering, vendors etc.).
