Preferred Caterers
For safety reasons, all food and beverage served at the Eccles Alumni House must be provided by a licensed and insured caterer. All one-time, non-preferred caterers must provide proof of insurance, a business license and additional documentation at least 45 days prior to an event and an administrative fee up to $200 may apply. Drop offs are not permitted at the Eccles Alumni House for groups over 25. The Eccles Alumni House reserves the right to refuse any restaurant or caterer if criterions are not met. Caterers licensed to serve alcohol are indicated with an asterisk (*). If alcohol is served, the client is required to complete an alcohol request form.
